From Joe McCoy, a Western-style Down Vest that has been developed by meticulously studying and recreating Vests that originated in the 60s and became popular with ranchers and mountaineers across the American West in the early 1970s. This Down Vest uses deerskin with a minimal finishing process to accentuate the natural character of the leather. The Western silhouette Yoke is fabricated in Black rough-out leather. Between the Deerskin and nylon lining is a thick layer of French Duck Down Insulation to create a very warm layering piece. To improve durability, this Down Vest benefits from leather-reinforced press studs and felled seams to prevent tearing at the armhole and side.
