The BUCO COTTON CANVAS WINDPROOF RIDING CAP is based on vintage hunting caps that featured ear flaps for added warmth and protection. Originally developed for cold-weather outdoor work and hunting, the design offered coverage in harsh conditions and became widely used by laborers, hunters, and eventually riders who needed insulation without sacrificing visibility or mobility.

This cap features six-panel construction with cotton thread stitching and is fully lined with soft flannel. The ear flaps are lined with corduroy and fasten securely with a herringbone twill strap, ensuring a snug fit in windy or cold conditions.
